Traditionally, the paper is mechanically transferred one on one, it performs well for the cardboard and thin corrugated paper, but to the thickcorrugated paper, it cannot run wel. The servomotor controlled transfering system can solve this problem, the paper can be transferred one on oneand also one by one.
· Feeder height are controlled by reducing motor with guide screw.
· Feeder are driven by servomotor, the nozzles’ travel distance are doubled than mechanical ones
· Belts are controlled by servomotor, the speed from slow to fast and then slow again. in this way, there is no damage to the front edge ofpaper when touching the front lay.
· The cam shaft is controlled by servomotor, the time of paper feeding can be adjusted by touchscreen.
· Feeding frame are controlled by air clutch, easy for operation.
· Unique gripper design, comparing with needle design, you can save 8mm waste edge.
· Intermitent is driven by gear box to ensure the stability and safety. The trembling of gripper bars is reduced when running to intermiltentposition and also increase the precision.
· Dclivery unit adopt connection rod and cam to ensure the stability, lower the noise and lubrication free.
